SUPPORT THE RESTORATION.
Château de Boulbon has been under continuous restoration since 2012 by Dominique de Lavergne, architect, and under the supervision of the Architecte des Bâtiments de France. Every donation goes directly to structural consolidation work — nothing else.

WHAT REMAINS.
The 13th-century north rampart needs urgent consolidation. The 17th-century arches supporting the terraces must be repaired. The semi-underground levels of the fortin remain to be explored. Access paths and signage must be improved to welcome visitors year-round. Finally, the great western terrace and its monumental fountains await restoration to their original state.

Dominique de Lavergne
Owner and restorer of Château de Boulbon. Member of La Demeure Historique.
A trained architect, Dominique de Lavergne changed his life in 2012 to devote himself entirely to the restoration of Château de Boulbon, which he found in ruins. For over ten years, he has been single-handedly consolidating the ramparts, clearing the keep's foundations, and making the site accessible to the public. A monumental task, carried out stone by stone, by hand.
